2022 has been a great year for Gireve with many new projects. We have doubled the number of charging points on our platform by establishing several partnerships with electric mobility players. We have deployed our consulting services and extended our data offer, developing our expertise thanks to an enriched database. Discover our 2022 retrospective!
2022: Evolutions of the roaming platform and charging data
In 2022, roaming operations on our platform have grown significantly. The Gireve platform now has more than 255,000 charging points connected and open for roaming, and charging sessions have more than doubled compared to the previous year.

During 2022, more than 30 new partners joined our roaming platform to expand their offerings or open their networks.
Gireve in 2022: Evolution of the AVERE barometer
Since 2014, AVERE has chosen the Gireve database to produce the monthly barometer with the DGEC. This barometer gives an overview of the evolution of charging infrastructure in France, depending on the location of the station and the power it delivers. In 2022, we set up new indicators on the use of charging points open to the public in France, whether in terms of availability or session volume.

Plug&Charge: product release and demonstration of service interoperability
In 2022, we launched our Plug&Charge solution by presenting it at EVS35. This was an opportunity to highlight our participation in the Mobena initiative.

The interoperability of our solutions was at the heart of our work on the ISO 15118 standard and Plug&Charge. We demonstrated the interoperability of pools and PKI during two demonstrations at the end of the year.
Consulting services: reports on mobility and support for emobility players
This year we have set up a number of analyses for public and private players, to guide them in the deployment of their network, to train their teams on the electromobility market or to provide them with expertise on a specific subject, such as the pricing of charging in Europe or the distribution of fast charging on a territory.
New website and brand identity
In 2022, we also presented our new visual identity, with an extensively redesigned logo and graphic identity to better reflect our company’s evolution, market leadership and service transformation.
