EnBW s’est connecté à la plateforme de GIREVE en tant qu’eMSP (opérateur de mobilité), pour permettre à tous les conducteurs de véhicules électriques de se recharger sur des bornes en Europe

Leading E-Mobility Player Enbw Teamed Up With Gireve To Enhance Its Charging Services In France

EnBW got connected to GIREVE’s roaming platform as eMSP, enabling any EV driver to charge on stations across Europe using the EnBW mobility+ app or card and giving its customers new opportunities of charging .

As an e-Mobility Service Provider (eMSP), EnBW offers the EnBW mobility+ mobile app with three main functions: find charging stations, charge an EV while simultaneously paying for it, and take EVs for virtual test drives. The German energy company already gives EV drivers the possibility to use the EnBW HyperNet with more than 100.000 charging points across Europe. It offers the biggest charging network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and nationwide charging in France, Italy and the Netherlands where EV-drivers charge with simple and transparent tariffs: all over these countries, EnBW customers pay the same price per kilowatt hour (kWh).

The well-respected German test magazine “connect” named EnBW the best eMSP in the central European country twice. By getting connected to GIREVE, EnBW can increase its European coverage and offer more charging opportunities to its EV driver subscribers in Europe. As a Charge Point Operator (CPO), EnBW consequently expands its already biggest fast charging network in Germany. The company operates more than 450 fast charging sites in Germany, and by 2021 it plans to increase this number to 1,000, delivering up to 300 kW with 100% eco-power. With this infrastructure, EV drivers only charge for 5 minutes to drive the next 100 kms – depending on their EV’s configuration. Since May 2020, EnBW also partners with Austrian based SMATRICS to develop the fast charging infrastructure in Austria in the joint venture SMATRICS EnBW.
