Gireve Contributes To A State-Backed Website For E-Mobility

Everything you need to know to go electric

The AVERE France and its partners launched the website je-roule-en-electrique.fr, in collaboration with the French Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition. The website is designed as a toolbox to help users find the information they need to go electric: what are the latest models and their ranges, where to charge, what is the amount of financial aid.

We need to assist French people in going electric. Avere-France, as an association that gathers the ecosystem, has to explain the benefits of EV to foster mass transition towards sustainable means of transport. This is a new step and I am proud to release Je-roule-en-electrique.fr, a unique project in France, supported by the Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition. This tool is the result of a common work of 26 companies and local institutions that are engaged in the development of a more sustainable mobility. We rely on their expertise and knowledge of the field to answer questions that French people ask, regarding the acquisition of a car, how to get financial help, how to use it as well as what impact it can have on the environment.” Joseph Beretta, President of Avere-France

The roaming platform GIREVE joined the project by providing a map of charging points available in France, to answer users’ questions related to the location of nearest charging points. On a given charging nework, you can charge using 15 different charging services on average. France is one of the most advanced countries in the field of interoperability” Bruno Lebrun, CEO of GIREVE
