The French Métropole of Rouen Normandie has been developing e-mobility since 2011, by implementing charging stations and by offering from 3.7 kW to 22 kW charging power. The public charging network wants to offer charging solutions to the largest number of EV drivers.
By connecting to GIREVE’s platform, the French Métropole opens its 110 charging point network to users with other charging solutions. By enabling charging to EV drivers who do not have the Metropole’s charging badge, it aims at making charging easy and fast for any driver.
In between Normandie and Paris, the Métropole Rouen Normandie involved in an ambitious e-mobility policy in 2013, planning to implement as many as 70 charging stations before the end of the year.
