E-Mobility Operators Can Now Settle Disputes With Gireve

GIREVE’s interoperability platform simplifies the management of roaming charging sessions for e-mobility operators. To meet its users’ needs, GIREVE makes it now possible for operators to deal with their disagreements before invoicing.

Dispute management: a tool to reduce costs before invoicing

GIREVE’s new dispute service enables an eMSP (e-Mobility Service Provider) to express a disagreement on one or several charging sessions before receiving the CPO’s invoice. By handling the problem before invoicing, operators avoid heavy and costly operations. With this new feature, eMSP improve their service to EV drivers, as invoicing mistakes are avoided.

When receiving the disagreement notification, the CPO can accept the eMSP request and review the invoice by deleting or correcting the sessions. The CPO can also leave it as it is or put the invoicing process on hold to have more time to find a solution.

By handling the problem before invoicing, operators avoid heavy and costly operations.

GIREVE developed a complementary service to enable the CPO to spontaneously choose not to invoice charging sessions.

The dispute service soon available on GIREVE’s Connect Place

This new feature will be available in spring 2020 on the Connect Place, the portal for e-mobility operators developed by GIREVE.
