A common initiative from the French SIEIL (Syndicat Intercommunal d’Energie d’Indre-et-Loire) and SIDELC (Syndicat Intercommunal de Distribution d’Energie de Loir-et-Cher), Modulo is a public network of EV charging points that was implemented at the end of 2018.
MODULO company was created to develop e-mobility services on the territory, and it aims at welcoming all public structures that want to “develop sustainable mobility and foster interoperability between diverse systems.”
The two operators already got connected to GIREVE’s platform so the MODULO network just adjusted the connection to open its 626 charging stations to all EV drivers, enabling them to pay their charging sessions with any charging card.
“We want to offer all French drivers a simple and reliable access to charging infrastructures. This collaboration is a big step towards a zero emission traffic” Philippe Behaegel, CEO, Modulo
